PERSONAL YOGA LESSON

If you feel like you need some personal attention in Yoga and you want to feel welcome and be able to speak English with your teacher, you can try the Personal Yoga lesson at Yoga Ojas.

 

You have specific goals you are trying to achieve. If you are coming to yoga for a specific reason, whether physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional private lesson are a great way to get started.

With personal yoga sessions you will learn how to truly embody yourself. You will be guided to activate forgotten muscles, release tension more easily, and become more mindful as you go through your everyday life. 

 

Personal Yoga Sessions are helpful when:

  • You want to develop a home yoga or meditation practice

  • You have injuries (back, shoulder, knee) or health concerns (stress, arthritis, insomnia, pregnancy)

  • You want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength, target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings, or increase your mental focus in a particular sport

  • You want to add yoga to your weight-loss or strength-training program

  • You want to reduced stress and symptoms of Hypertension
