MEDITATION CLASS

Meditation can help to calm down your mind, to decrease stress and give you energy. It is very easy to practice and has great health benefits.

 

In the MEDITATION class we will practice easy Meditation Technics and some breathing technics that will give you a little more peace in your life.
It is a very relaxed class and everybody can join in. Don’t worry if you can’t sit in the lotus position – there is no need!

 

Max. 3 people per class – 10 EURO p. hour

 

Class held in Diemen Zuid.
