PRODUCTIVITY  YOGA at WORK

Productivity Yoga at Work is the ideal way to improve the wellbeing of your employees and therefore increase their productivity at work. On top of that Yoga enhances the concentration if regularly practiced which leads to a decrease in mistakes made during work. 

Better health of your staff will above all decrease the absence of employees due to illness.

Productivity Yoga aims to suit the company's needs and therefore an exclusively designed class will be taught in your company. It can vary in time, style and also language. 

Classes can last 15min, 30 min or 45min per group and can be held weekly or monthly during working hours in your office. They may focus on stretching and relaxing or energizing and fitness. 

Classes can be held in English and German.
